Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 8, 2026

This Refund Policy defines the conditions under which refunds may be issued by Enmain Private Limited (“Enmain”).

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or excess payments
  • Services not delivered due to reasons attributable to Enmain
  • Valid cancellation as per the Cancellation Policy

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Delays caused by client-side dependencies (inputs, approvals, data)
  • Completed milestones or delivered services
  • Customized consulting, advisory, or intellectual work

3 Milestone-Based Engagements

For milestone-driven projects:

  • Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable
  • Refunds, if any, apply only to undelivered portions of the project

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment
  • Applicable transaction fees, taxes, or bank charges may be deducted

5. Partial Refunds

Where applicable:

  • Refund amounts will be calculated based on work completed and costs incurred
  • A detailed breakdown may be provided upon request

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes regarding refunds will be addressed through mutual discussion in good faith
  • Unresolved matters shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Kozhikode, India
